Intake
Answers incoming calls, guides neighbors through application process, and writes all food bank referrals for neighbors who walk in.
Interviewer
Conducts one on one interview with neighbors on an appointment basis. Interviewers gather information regarding the neighbor’s current financial situation and work with the Director to make decisions regarding the eligibility for financial assistance.
Our volunteers help The Ark provide hope to our neighbors by allowing us to assist our neighbors in their particular times of need. We would not be able to provide all of our services without the help of our dedicated volunteers who give their time, energy, and contribute to making our organization a success.
*We currently do not accept court ordered community service.
